Jason Marshall brings a wealth of experience working in the education sector with an M.S. in Student Development in Higher Education from Central Connecticut State University and extensive program management experience in an educational setting. Past positions include Educational Manager, K-12, for the College Board; Director of College Counseling at the MATCH Charter Public High School in Boston; Program Assistant for the Vice Provost’s Office of Multicultural and International Affairs at the University of Connecticut; and Program Coordinator for UConn’s Upward Bound/ConnCAP Program.
Jason is currently under the employ of Screening for Mental Health, Inc. in Wellesley, MA. He works as the College Response, Program Manager, a position that has him working with hundreds of colleges and universities across the country to promote mental health screening and education programs for college students. In his spare time he also works as an Assistant Woman’s Basketball Coach for Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA and is also the Co-Director for the Basketball Leadership Academy which he founded along with his sister and business partner, Karen Marshall. The Basketball Leadership Academy is an organization that aims to provide an arena in which young urban athletes are able to realize themselves, round themselves out, and experience true community. Jason and his wife Petronella Marshall reside in Haverhill, MA.
